What happens after signup?
AI Suite / VCN + AI Suite: You'll complete Stripe Checkout to start your 30-day trial: no charge during the trial, but a card is required on file for billing when the trial ends (you can cancel before billing). Then log in to your clinic admin console to invite your DVMs.
VCN Telehealth: Your clinic is created immediately. Log in to your admin console to complete setup — branding, visit pricing, and Stripe Connect for payouts. No subscription fee; VCN operates on a 12.5% per-appointment platform fee.
