Suggestions are reviewed, edited, and approved before they become part of the record or client communication.

The suite is built around Scribe (structured SOAP), Client Summary, and Ask, plus handoff to your existing chart. VCN telehealth is separate—optional on the same platform when you want virtual visits.
Veterinarians work from pre-populated, toggle-based medical record templates and edit each section. Scribe-style AI-assisted drafting—including voice → structured notes—proposes clinical documentation you review and approve before anything is finalized. When the encounter is done, you can produce a comprehensive PDF (and related outputs) for the file.
Client Summary turns the visit into plain-language text for pet owners: generate an AI-assisted draft from the clinical work, then edit, save, or copy what you are comfortable sharing. It sits alongside the SOAP—clinical depth for the record, a clear recap for the client.
Ask is an in-app clinical-reference conversation for licensed veterinarians: differentials, protocols, pharmacology context, documentation questions, and similar prompts (the more specific, the better the answer). Threads are stored on our servers so you can pick them up on web or mobile—not a substitute for your own judgment or VCPR.
Vetibility does not replace your scheduling, billing, or master patient database. The AI Suite is where Scribe, Client Summary, and Ask live alongside the visit documentation you complete; you then export, email, or attach records into the chart and workflows you already use.
VCN is our telehealth partnership—clinic-branded virtual visits, platform booking and video, per-visit economics—not a bundled “fourth” AI feature.
