Vetibility is an application-based platform that acts as a third-party service provider for established veterinary clinics to offer secure and professional telemedicine services. The Vetibility app is free for clients and clinics to download on iOS and Android mobile devices, can be accessed from laptop or desktop computers, and can even be linked right from your clinic website. Appointment requests are added to the Triage Queue and veterinarians are notified via push notification when receiving a new appointment request.
The Vetibility Clinic Network (VCN) was created in an effort to provide affordable and user-friendly telemedicine solutions to veterinary clinics to let them increase the range of services offered to their clients and maximize their earning potential in a flexible manner and with no commitment.

Using the Vetibility app to offer care virtually to select, straight-forward cases lets the remainder of your staff focus on your sickest patients and the more involved cases requiring extensive work-up or treatment. You can even choose to receive appointment requests from non-clients to further increase your revenue potential.
The nature of virtual appointments, along with our easy-to-complete integrated SOAPs, not only lets your veterinarians increase the number of appointments they can see but also decreases any support staff needed for that veterinarian.
Our integrated and automated payment system also takes the awkwardness out of payment collection for these virtual services to ensure you always receive payment for your time. Client payment for each appointment is collected when they confirm the appointment and automatically deposited into your bank account daily.
Maximum Flexibility
Our on-demand appointment structure allows you to offer telemedicine in place of traditional on-call, regularly offer telemedicine at set times on a first come first served or on a triage basis, have your veterinarians pick-up requested appointments during downtime between regular, in-person appointments, or use your regular veterinary software to schedule virtual appointments on the Vetibility app. Medical records from these appointments are automatically sent to your clinic upon completion and easily attached to your existing patient files, regardless of which software you use.
Your veterinarians can choose to see appointments from a computer, on a tablet, or on their own personal mobile device, allowing them to see appointment requests in clinic or from home. They can even select to be notified via push notification when your clinic receives a new appointment request, allowing them to complete other tasks while also being available for telemedicine.

Our pet profiles also let clients record their pet’s diet, current medications, previous medical history, including vaccines, and even sends them reminders when their vaccines are coming due. It’s a convenient, FREE tool for you to provide to your clients to help them keep their pet’s health information all in one place and readily available at their fingertips.

We operate on a no commitment basis and only charge a nominal amount on each pre-tax appointment fee seen via our platform, along with a standard 3.9% payment processing fee. Our platform usage fee remains the same regardless of how many veterinarians you have and we place a low monthly cap to ensure our services remain affordable for all clinics, even with regular use. Additional Coverage
In addition to acting as a third-party service provider for established veterinary clinics worldwide to offer telemedicine, we can also provide service directly to clients (in select regions).
When you are unavailable, your clients can request an appointment with a Vetibility veterinarian. We recognize telemedicine as one component of complete veterinary care and, as such, always provide comprehensive medical records. As a part of the Vetibility Clinic Network (VCN), a complete medical record will be emailed to you immediately following an appointment with an existing patient of yours and can be attached to their patient file at your clinic for you to seamlessly continue their care. We strive to act as a complement, not a replacement, to regular in-person care.
