Vetibility is an application-based platform that acts as a third-party service provider for established veterinary clinics to offer secure and professional telemedicine services. The Vetibility app is free for clients and clinics to download on iOS and Android mobile devices, can be accessed from laptop or desktop computers, and can even be linked right from your clinic website. Appointment requests are added to the Triage Queue and veterinarians are notified via push notification when receiving a new appointment request.

The nature of virtual appointments, along with our easy-to-complete integrated SOAPs, not only lets your veterinarians increase the number of appointments they can see but also decreases any support staff needed for that veterinarian.
Our platform allows you to easily offer video consultations in place of phone calls with clients, with our integrated and automated payment system ensuring you are always paid for your time. Client payment for each appointment is collected when they confirm the appointment and automatically deposited into your bank account daily.
Our flexible appointment structure allows you to offer telemedicine in multiple ways: schedule appointments in advance for routine care, provide on-demand telemedicine in place of traditional on-call, regularly offer telemedicine at set times on a first come first served or on a triage basis, or have your veterinarians pick-up requested appointments during downtime between regular, in-person appointments. In addition to acting as a third-party service provider for established veterinary clinics worldwide to offer telemedicine, we can also provide service directly to clients (in select regions).
When you are unavailable, your clients can request an appointment with a Vetibility veterinarian. We recognize telemedicine as one component of complete veterinary care and, as such, always provide comprehensive medical records. As a part of the Vetibility Clinic Network (VCN), a complete medical record will be emailed to you immediately following an appointment with an existing patient of yours and can be attached to their patient file at your clinic for you to seamlessly continue their care. We strive to act as a complement, not a replacement, to regular in-person care.
